Drum-Major Bob Lopez lead the Knickerbockers onto the Shea Stadium baseball field. It was an exciting Labor Day event. Over 50,000 Met Fans saw them. What a day to remember .

- Well as you can tell, my life was enrich with Drum Corps.I started as a cadet in the Sea Battlion,then turn Midshipmen and then turn Knickerbockers. Those are indeed fond memories. All young kids should experience this in there life time. Specail thanks goes out to my sister Jeanne (Williams)Lopez who introduce me to the Sea Battlion in Sept. of 1962.
